Returns & Exchanges

At CONRADO, we want you to love your sustainable pieces; if your order isn't quite right, we accept returns and exchanges on unworn items within 14 days of delivery. Please ensure all original tags are attached and the garment is in its original condition to qualify for a refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, a prepaid shipping label will be emailed to you; simply print it and attach it to your original packaging.

• 3.
  Drop Off Package

  Hand your package to the designated carrier or drop it off at any authorized shipping location within 7 days of receiving your label.

• 4.
  Processing & Refund

  After our studio inspects the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
